Sharp Aquos lc-37xd1e and logik lpv 2250 Problems

Sharp Aquos lc-37xd1e and logik lpv 2250
Have both of the stated above ,the logik has freeview on it and is also a recorder but the TV has free view on it as well ,when we set them up there seemed to be some kind of conflict ie ,would record but when we went to play the recording it changed to another channel ,so we couldn't watch what we had recorded.
Also when we changed the TV volume the channel changed as well.

Any body heard of this before or have a solution .

Sounds like a remote clash... you need to do some more investigation...
