Sharp Aquos 32 Lcd-tv Lc32ga6e

Hi there,
I was hoping some of you knowledgeable guys could answer a few questions regarding the aforementioned set?

I am all ready to buy this set for my father, for his 60th birthday

It will be replacing his Toshiba 36ZP46, as it is plagued by (I hope this is the right term?) tracers, ghosting, comet trails? in dark scenes.

And all I get from my father is - I'm not putting up with this, it looks terrible etc, etc, it's driving mam up the wall

So, my questions are - does the sharp do this (comet trails, etc?)

And he watches a lot of dvd's, through component, is the picture quality good on the set?

Thank you for your time, and if the set is okay, it's getting ordered this afternoon, maybe he will stop moaning then???

Kind Regards Ann

got the titanium version. it's great for movies, none of the stuff you mention. GA6 should be the same quality.
it'll depend on the quality of your dvd player too, of course.
