    Sound like a good price for this monitor.

    However, the model itself isnt that great - the brightness is only 250, and its response rate is 20ms.

    The good models would have between 8 to 16ms response.

    I have no idea on the quality of the Sharp sreen but the price is definately decent.
    20ms response time is very good and should be ok for games.

    The 16ms response screens I have seen all retail at over £300+ so if your budget does not stretch to that then this might be a good buy.

    That presumably means "on site" as distinct from "back to base". The first means that an engineer will come to your house to repair it. The second means it has to go back to the factory for repairs.

    The 16ms response screens are based on displaying only 292,000 colours. The 20ms panel is currently the fastest panel & as drphibes has already said should be fine for games.
