Hi
I have a wireless Micorsoft keyboard/mouse that I want to share between 2 PCs (not at the same time, just which PC happens to be on at the time).

Has anyone tried this? If so do I need an additional USB wireless receiver, or can I just use a USB spliter/hub to share the one receiver between 2 PCs?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

MODS - please move to "Peripherals & Consumables" (or other thread) if more appropriate. Thanks.

Moved to a more appropriate forum as OP requested.

Cheers

Yes if you wanted to do it at a touch of a button you would been a KVM (they sell them in ebuyer for around £10)

Im not even sure if you could by an extra reciver...

saw a usb switch the other day in pcworld does that job. use one set keyboard and mice to control 2 computers by just a click on the switch. can't remember the name, ask their staff should know it
