Hello everyone,
I need some advice on a swap which I am offered...
I have a bose acoustimass 6 speaker system , which I am selling online for £300.
After searching for second hand speakers, I came across a 6 speaker system for £300. The set contains

Mission m74 x2
Mission m7ds x2 surrounds
Mission m7c1 x2 centre

My amp is yamaha v473. Do you guys think its wise or is an upgrade to the bose setup? Will the mission setup sound better then the bose? So basically it's a direct swap with the bose setup.

Also will I need to buy a separate subwoofer for the missions? I was more than satisfied with the bose single bass module woofer...
Thanks guys

The Missions should complement your reciever well and should also sound better as well. You can get them for now and run without a sub and then get a sub in the future when funds allow.

The m74s will put out a fair amount of bass on their own, but I would get a sub when funds allow. It won't make much difference with music, but will with movies.
