I'm running a fairly budget system with a Denon amp.

The amp has two channels with A running the 5.1 system incorporating fairly small yamaha speakers and B being the stereo only channel.

I intend buying new stereo speakers, but am I better leaving the Yamahas on the A with the new speakers on the B. (At the moment my stereo speakers are not either side of the TV) or putting the front Yamahas on the B and running the better speakers as the front 5.1 part?

When I rearrange the room shortly, the B speakers will be either side of the TV.

Or, if I play both A & B channels will it make no difference?

    Thanks for any advice.
