Im planning on getting the YAMAHA RX-V350 receiver for an audio setup in my bedroom, but since im fairly new to this, im unsure exactly what cables I will need to connect everything up.
I want to connect a TV, DVD player, VCR and computer up to the receiver. The DVD player has all the common outputs found on DVD players (except optical), and the TV and VCR both have one scart output each.
Which cables would be best for this setup, and how would I connect them up?

Sorry for the "newbie" question, but any help would be much appreciated...

    Thanks

i have just bought one of these and then bought all the cables from cpc (http://cpc.farnell.com) its dirt cheap compared to other retail stores.

cost me £11 in p&p for

3 off - 3x gold phono to phono (sky, dvd, satellite)
    2 off - optical leads (DVD, PS2)
1 off - phono to phono (monitor out)
