I'm getting an MJ Acoustics Pro 50 demo model to play around with over the weekend. Problem is, I'm not sure how to hook it up to my amps. I want to use the sub with both music and movies. My set:

    Arcam A85 driving fronts (B&W CDM7NTs)
    Marantz SR4200 driving center/surrounds (B&W CDM CNT/DM303)

I think I have to connect the low level input to the sub pre out on the Marantz, and the high level out to the speakers terminals on the Arcam. Not sure what kind of cable to use for this though.

Apparently the 4200 has a fixed xover of 100Hz. What would be the best way to set up the speaker size of the fronts (large/small) and how would I have to adjust the sub to use it for both movies and music?
