Setting up Sony 940 with eggs

Hi,
I know to set my speakers to small when using the eggs, but does anybosy have any other tips ???
I can adjust the mid / bass / ect to speakers, but what do I set it as ???

I have the new Sony 1080 amp and find that switching the EQ on degrades the sound so I don't use it at all.
