Setting up share folder on My Cloud Help

I wonder if anyone could please give me some help (Network Newbie Alert)
I have just purchased a WD My Cloud Mirror NAS, and have set up a share folder. The problem I have is when I try to access the folder on my Window 7 Home Edition PC I am Getting the following window open.

I have not set any Username/Passwords for my windows network. I have tried my username/password for my My Cloud and I get this window.

I can access the Share folder on my iphone using the My Cloud app, with no problem.
Could anyone please give me any advise (Hopefully in easy to understand terminology)

At a guess you are trying to login with the same userid (wd username) from two different connections(PC and Phone). Set up a seperate userid say MickPC and MickFone and try using those.
