setting gpu to primary

so im adding a second GPU.

im wondering if you can tell bios which one to operate as the systems primary?
 
okay thanks, im just checking in advance, if it is done by slots then it doesnt take 30 seconds to swap round the cards as thier bays are toolless installations lol

Firstly, what GPU's are they. If they are the same e.g. 2 x GTX460's. Then it doesnt matter in the BIOS.

If they are different, what are they and what are you using them for?

GTX 460 1gb OC for powering graphics to my gaming monitor (so this needs to be the primary)

GeForce 210 512mb for powering graphics to my secondary monitor (outlook, task manager teamspeak 3) so needs to be the secondary
