    anyone else have this ?

I can hardly get a picture and if i do its jumping around i have the full package and have no other problems on any other channels.

I just wondered if this is common and if they are going to do anything about it or is it just me ?

If its just me ill have to get rid of it shame as Liverpool TV starts tommorrow.

I think it's just you ill. You probably have a system fault or local interference. Unfortunately, Setanta don't offer a call-out service and Sky will charge you for an installer to investigate.

Your dish is probably slightly misaligned. I had exactly the same problem on my motorised dish, with only setanta Ireland working out of the channels available (which is on a different transponder I think).Problem was caused by a slightly misaligned dish. The vast majority of other channels on 28e were unaffected.
