Can anyone determine if there’s any difference between this film picture and sound wise compared to the shout factory release?

I don’t see anything from second sight that says if there’s been new scan of the film.

Just noticed this never seen it. Has to be worth a look for the cast and director Brad Anderson did the brilliant The Machinist of course.
