Service mode for Philips LCD's

For those of you with Philips LCD's (or maybe plasmas) you might find the following codes for entering the engineering mode useful.
Please note: YOU CAN SERIOUSLY SCREW UP YOUR SCREEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!
I was originally hoping to reduce the overscan on my 17PF9945 but it appears that you don't have the same degree of configuration as you do with CRT's, and can only move the picture horizontally. Maybe you get more control on the larger screens.

Customer Service Menu:
Press 1 2 3 6 5 4 using the remote control. You can't alter anything here but it will tell you what the current settings are

Service Menu:
Press 0 6 2 5 9 6 and then the [i+] button on the remote.

On my 17PF9945 this brings up the following options:

Clear errors
Options
Tuner
White Tone
Geometry
Sound
Smart settings

You can navigate the options using the cursor keys on the remote. To exit the menu you will need to put the screen into standby.
I haven't experimented with anything other than the geometry settings as I really don't want to screw things up!

Hope this of some help to somebody

Thanks, I have scoured the web trying to find that out. I now know that my 32PF9964 has been going for 2634hrs.
