I have a Samsung 42D4S that is behaving strange.
The TV was not in use for about 4 weeks (still powered) and when I turned it on it had lost all it's channel settings and the channel names where set to gibberish. I re-tune without any problems but some names cant be set (minor problem)
Now also the red is out of wach and I cant get into the color settings (disabled in the menus?)
All in all I need to either get into the service menu or do a complete factory reset.
Does anyone have this kind of info or would you know where to abtain it?
