Series X direct to TV/sound passed through to AV receiver?

I just got an LG 77” OLED TV which supports 4k at 120hz. I probed this by plugging the Xbox directly into HDMI1 and checked video setup on Xbox. I have ultra high speed HDMI cables but unfortunately my Onkyo TX-NR686 only supports 4K @ 60hz. Without buying a new receiver, is there a way to connect the Xbox, TV, and existing surround sound together and get 4K @ 120hz?

thanks.

What model of LG OLED do you have? I think the more recent LG OLEDs might have eARC on the HDMI 2 input.

If HDMI 2 does have eARC could you plug your Xbox directly into the TV (in HDMI 1, 3 or 4) and then plug the AV receiver into HDMI 2?

Even if it doesn’t have eARC it should still have ARC which will given you Dolby Digital 5.1 back to the receiver and let you game in 4K/120hz, that is what I have been doing since I got the Series X in Nov 2020
