I have a pair of Sennheiser HD650 for home use and i currently use a pair of Sennheiser CX550's for the gym (these probably get more use than the HD650's)

I have some spare cash so thinking upgrading my CX550's to IE80's which will be run from my iPod, playing 320kbps mp3's.

Is this a good move? what alternatives are available. Amazon have the IE80's at £230, so looking to spend around that, certainly no more than £300.

Read some reviews but if you like seins, then go for it.

Ive got the sony mdr ex1000s and in my personal opinion are the best iem ive heard, but be quick as sony are stopping them, so will become sought after soon.
Have a look at the reviews and then make your call.
