Seleco 310 - Keep it or Sell it?

It's packed up and in it's box and out of the way. Has less than 1500 hours on the clock.

Should I sell it now or do you think keeping it until it's an antique would be better? Not that a like the idea of taking such a cumbersome thing to the Antiques Roadshow

Can't see me ever using it again.

I kinda like the idea of my grand kids finding it one day and then setting it up and seeing how unimpressed they are when compared to their 'digital wall' :D

I've even packed away a VCR and some tapes just in case. Just hope the electricity doesn't get upgraded to something weird.

Do you think it will keep well in it's box and still fire up OK in say 20 years?

I did a course with Owl on setting one of these up (until we realised most people did a bodge and there was no money in it). If you want to save a classic CRT for future generations I'd pick a Barco or a Sony... just my humble opinion..... You can buy either for a fraction of their original price and many are 'HD Ready'
