Ok i used to be techy (until i got a disability)
i wont get into what it is etc
but now i find it very hard to do things ,concentrate etc
so am wondering what i should use for simple security
ok i have win 7
i use
avast free antivirus
i dnt use a firewall as told win7 built in firewall is ok???
i use malwarebytes free i scan nearly everyday lol(to scan for nasties)
superantispyware free (to scan once in a while)
peerblock (not sure why just read it blocks some things so i use it)
firefox addons=
ABP (unsure if i should use this incase it blocks needed things ???)
GHOSTERY (again i have no clue what this is and if i should use it but i do lol)

i think thats all i use?
am i secure enough?

Hi, okay so basically you have antivirus protection and have a firewall and use malwarebytes, keeping this straightforward, this is sufficient. Ghostery I don`t think is necessary, if you wish to keep it that`s up to you. I think that you have adequate protection as things go and time will tell, hope this helps you.:)
