Second TV conected to "RF Out" - Bad Picture

I have Sky HD in my living room connected to my TV via an HDMI cable (lovely picture).

From the powered RF Out on the box is a long Co-a (20 / 30 meters long) connected to a JVC 26" LCD TV - the picture is pretty poor.

RF Out Channel is Channel 69

I guess I need a signal booster? - If so, can anyone suggest anything (I'd also like to split the signal near the JVC and run a 2nd Co-ax to another smaller 17" LCD TV in the kitchen (cabel is already there).

Any suggestions on how I can use my current cabling to get good pictures or is there an alternative set up?

My wife wants to be able to watch all that is recorded on the main HD box in all 3 rooms..
Many thansk for your help in advance.

Use a lower RF channel. They start from 21.
