Second Pioneer receiver died in 6 years, Denon???

Well, I'm done with Pioneer/Onkyo whoever they are now. My Elite SC-60 dies at 2 years 3 months due to HDMI board, few weeks ago my SC-97 died (no sound), tech support could not correct it, they said EOL no parts! They did offer me a 10% discount (wahoo!!!).

So, never again with these clowns. I am looking hard at Denon and at the X2700H, but not sure if there is a better choice. I added in my few reqmts for my theater if you could offer some opinions. Thanks!

Minimum:
2-3 HDMI inputs (not at 4 or 8k yet, but would like to be ready for future)
ATMOS sound
Multi-Zone (7.2 inside (2 subs) and Zone 2 is 2 outside speakers). I don't want to have the Zone 2 take away from the 7.2 inside because use both concurrently.
WiFi and Ethernet capable
HDMI 2.X (hopefully not the buggy versions)
Enough wattage/AMPs to push my 7 Klipsch speaks w/2 subs

I only use a cable box and PS for in the theater to my projector. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, just not an expert on this stuff!

Thanks all.
