I am going to buy my wife a Kindle as we are off on a 3 week holiday for Xmas.

If I register it to my amazon account, will we be able to share books on both devices?

Should be fine, I think- there's two kindles plus various iPod/android options on my account, with all the books available across the lot.

yes, but you might want to turn off whisper sync, otherwise if you read the same books it'll sync where you've read to on the other kindle I think?
