Ok dilemma, I bought a Denon AVR 1910 and I can see that when I change EQ to manual that all of the frequency spectrum is unique to someone elses room. I am seeing +5dB in 1k and -3dB in 500hz. Yet I've not even run a auto setup because I don't have a microphone to calibrate it.

Should I manually put all the frequencies to 0dB?

I mean I will get a microphone but for the meantime I need some clarity in dialogue because it is suffering.

    Thanks.

Download a sound pressure metre on Apple or android and set them all manually to 75db in the test tone setting
