How many times do we see the same questions being asked in here?

I am a pretty easy going chap and try to be helpful  but I am fed up with the same bl**dy questions being asked all the time.

Before you ask your question - SEARCH THE BL**DY FORUM!

Good point, however searching is often easier than finding ! That's not an excuse for not searching. :)

Agreed! I know I've done it, searched for something and found little or nothing that relates directly to my question. So I then post a thread only to get a reply quoting 101 old threads  .

    Chill out mate

no one forces you to read the threads. You cannot have answered that many questions for someone who has only posted 52 times (at least one other of those was spraying abuse at someone else for asking a question).

Its like violence on TV, if you do not like it then switch off. ;)

'Rigman' - I have never "sprayed abuse" at anyone on here. Read my posts - all of them - and you will see I try to help whenever possible. How many questions have I asked? NONE!

You're right - no one forces me to read the threads. But I try to help people. I think I am making a vaild point though - most 'new' questions have already been answered - if you spend a while reading before you ask you will usually find the answer to your question. True or false?

This, by the way, is not "spraying abuse". Just making a point.

Very amusing Messiah, so where is it on my list of smilies? Actualy, I like people asking simple repetative questions - they're the only ones I can answere ! It gives me a nice smug sensation of superiority!

I have no input into these forums other than as a reader and contributor. It'll be up to the mods if they want to add it to the available smiley list. I would only ever advocate occasional use though :)

You really do have a bee in your bonnet about this don't you A.Dork?
As someone has pointed out previously, you don't have to read them...

It's easier to put in a new query rather than trawling through hundreds of posts that my or may not answer your questions.
