I purchased a Seagate personal cloud 2-bay nas drive today but i am unable to connect with my Mac Mini. When i navigate to the finder PersonalCloud shows up in the shared section but has a question mark next to it also the light on the nas blinks green and red. The annoying thing is the nas shows up on my Samsung tv and Ruark R2 MK3. Have done everything suggested by the Seagate support but with no joy. Has anybody got any suggestion as how to connect. This is my second attempt at nas drives and am beginning to wonder if this technology is all hype!. Thanks.
