Seagate Enterprise Drives vs standard .11 Barracude drives

Hi guys
Following on from my earlier question about NAS, does anyone know the real differences between the Seagate models? I can see that the ES2 has a longer mean time between failure but otherwise can't see anything to justify spending the extra. As I want to use one in a NAS drive I'd be keen to get one with a lower power consumption as I'd expect the difference in cost to pay itself off over a period of time. :)
