    Hello again,

I've been having a great time playing around with the homebrew stuff. As far as I'm concerned, it's this kind of thing that makes the PSP such fun. Seems a shame that they're trying to wipe it out.
Anyway, I've got Beneath A Steel Sky working on SCUMMVM and was wondering if anyone else has managed to get through the door on the first screen? I've picked up the rung and I know that I need to use it on the door, but don't know how. Circle button tries the door and I'm told it's sealed shut, while X tells me it looks like it hasn't been opened. Which button do you press to get him to use an item?

    Cheers!

    Hello,

Tried that - it just tells me that I need to use the rung on the door. The problem I've got is I don't know how to make the PSP make the character do that. There doesn't seem to be an inventory I can access. The readme file with the installation only gives the circle and X buttons as having any functions.

If you move the cursor to the top of the screen it reveals a drop down item menu.

Oh and by the way, thank you for making me hate myself more for updating my PSP to 1.51 (was 1.5). I had completely forgotten about homebrew, and only when I realised that 1.51 (and at the time, 1.50) wasn't cracked yet, I was none too impressed. I could have had Monkey Island and Sam and Max portable.... :(

This all sounds pretty interesting, so how does it all work and how many homebrew games are around for the psp so far?

I've been missing my old GP32 and it'd be great to get some homebrew games to play between all those Hot Shots sessions :D

    Thankfully I'm still on the v1.5 :D
