    Hi all,

About to mount my pio 436 onto my wall. Since discovered there is a 25mm gap from the front of the plaster to the thermal blocks. the plaster is 10mm of this. there dont appear to be any wooden battons, so i assume theres dabs of plaster which i can percuss out.

A colleague suggested chemical anchors, but homebase dont sell them, and given the 25mm gap, id feel better with a 120mm screw to stop the leverage.

I also plan to move house in the next year so dont want to use the mdf/plywood panel direct onto the thermal block routine. Even putting battons in would destroy some plasterboard.

Which fixings have people used successfully, or more interestingly unsuccessfuly in this situation.
