    I reckon it would look brill in your setup (not that it needs improvement, I reckon it looks deadly - a hell of a lot better than most of the "installs" you see in the magazines. If you're in "the big Smoke" and you want to drop in for a peep just LMK.


    ...........I don't reckon we're ever finished.... now planning refinish of rest of room............... (and still lusting after CRT.........Mmmmm)

    Sean,

    Of course, if you had a CRT, those "grey bars" would be black and you wouln't need the masking :lesson:

    I'll certainly call round to have a look. PM me with your address and what would be a good time to call around (evenings, weekends etc. or if you're off any day).

    link is dead...coul i also take a look at your setup...
    i m doing a dual barco x1 and two screens but need masking..one will be for teh computer...the x1 and the barco will be for movie dvd divx and tv hd content..the barco will be onnected to the centerstage cs2 w/sdi video processor..i m just at the point that i need ideas on the masking system and a motorised curtain deallie bob....
    have you guys done any of these setups before??

    Would love to see this too, but the link is broken. I fabbed a 16:9 screen about two years ago, put nice velvet curtains at the side, meant to make some masking mechanism, and then it just dropped off my things to do...
