Screen trigger plug

Not sure which thread to post this on but I will start here....

I need to move my pj back an inch or so and one of the problems is the trigger outlet plug thing (!). There is a joist which fouls the current normal plug that is going into the pj and so if there is a plug I can change it for which is right angled it'll help.

Hope this makes sense. Does anyone know what I can do / get to correct this?

PS Domino 20 and jack plug looks much like the ones that aeroplane headphones have.

Or you could just unscrew the plastic barrel and put some electrical tape over the connections connections.
