After some years of not fiddling with our kit, we are considering making our lounge a bit of a cinema room, and are looking at a projector screen option for our lounge.
The ideal position for the screen would be to cover the front bay window, & it strikes me the ideal screen would be one that 'hugs' the wall ('cassette blackout blinds' look the right idea. Ones like Blackout blind, with side channels and fastener to retain fabric

That way we get the light blacked out completely plus a 'tensioned' screen.

Anyone done anything like this, or is this crazy talk?!

I am wondering whether just getting a white (or grey?) blackout blind (provided it is matt) might make the ideal solution.

Of course in my perfect world, this would have AT material top & bottom (for flexibility in mounting a centre speaker behind), but NOT for the main screen (I see the dots!).....

    Thanks!
