    just ordered a panny pt-ae200...first projector ive had,so i need some advice on screens please....what to go for...where to buy from.....user reviews and so on......TIA....BTW my wall is 98" wide

    I ain't the screen guy, but if you give an idea of the kind of budget you have, whether you want a fixed, pull down or electric screen etc., you might gve folk a better chance at giving meaningful advice..........

    If you're n a tight budget, and can manage a fixed screen, try the DIY route - do a search and check the link in the FAQ, it'll cost you about £20, a couple of hours work (at the most), and will do the job perfectly well.

    Oooops, here comes the "proper electric screen" brigade !!!!:devil:

    cheers theritz my budget is about £150 to £200 max and screen type any....thanx

    I reckon a good electric screen is the way to go.

    Seriously, have a read through recent posts & use the search facility here.

    What size do you require?

    98" wall will fit an 8' screen but maybe you need speakers either side too? Also important in considering the size is what will your viewing distance from the screen be?

    More info should yield more suggestions/replies.
