I have got a Daylite model B screen video spectra 1.5. when unrolled doesn't sit nice and flat so I am going to cut it of the roller, how should I mount it tight against a plasterboard wall, I was going to use velcro any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

It all depends on how the velcro sticks A to the screen and B to the wall. I'm sure you would find the wall the most dificult.

I would tack it to a sheet of MDF the same size as your screen that way you should be able to stretch it tight.
Cover the boarders in black velvet.
