Screen Grabs

    I have just bought a PC which came with a copy of WINDVD. The software seems ok but I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is possible to save a copy of the screen. I am asuming that this is how the magazines produce their pictures. If it is not possible with WINDVD do you know of another product that will do it ?

    try this . it lets you capture a whole screen shot or you can capture just an individual window ect.

    Cyberlink Power DVD software actually comes with a built in screen capture utility.

    Saves as a BMP file that can be used as windows wallpaper.

    ...as does windvd. However, you need to disable Motion Compensation on both WINDVD and POWERDVD for this to happen. On WinDVD, if you extend the control interface, you'll see a camera logo. Click that, and it should save the images to Windvd\capture. Try the latest trial version of WinDVD Version 3. You can ghet it from <a href="http://www.intervideo.com." target="_blank">www.intervideo.com.</a>
