Screen advice...

I have ordered a Panny AE-300 and want to buy a 16:9 screen to be permanently fixed to the wall.

Any suggestions? I don't care if it's retractable or not - it can be continually "open/lowered" in other words.

Would prefer one with a black border if possible.

It needs to be about 10ft wide.

Don't want to spend more than £500.

Cheers all!

Make a wooden frame with center brace(s), and stretch/staple some screen material from www.harknesshall.com or www.ellie.co.uk

That will cost you about £20 for the wood/glue/screws etc, and about £200 for the screen material. You'll probably want a 1.2 or higher gain material, so talk to them first and see what they advise.
