..as far as we know the mouse has not:

Been involved in any firearms or drugs smuggling
Murdered, Maimed or Abused any children
    Assaulted or mugged any OAP's

    He has:

    Walked accross some decking
Given Scrapbook a menacing stare while running away

Should Scrapbook kill the little blighter?

    NO. Save the mouse!!!

I vote no provided it stays outside, once its indoors and urinating all over the place I'm afraid its time to call in the heavy artilery. (Where did I live those claymore mines... )
Votes aren't looking to good for Scrapbook, mutch better for the mouse.

Splatter it! Unless you're sure it's a male. If it's female you may well hear the patter of tiny feet one morning..... In which case Napalming the garden is the only sure fire way.

I am currently thinking that a combination of hair spray and cigarette lighter should do the trick! :smashin:

I can feel a caddyshack moment coming on

Outside, leave well alone, inside is another matter where they are a pest but should still be treated/dispatched as humanely as possible. No joke when they chew through your phone cable and into mains cables to make a nest.

yes agreed.....I mean what about those noisy birds that wake you up in the morning...why not get an air rifle and shoot the feathery gits :) outside is their territory....we just happen to build on it.
