when i listen to cable/sat sound through my sony 5.1 speakers
in surround modes ,listening close to the speakers the sound is scrambled, although seated away it sounds ok.
i have posted this problem b4 but can't resolve it ,so i wanted to know is this just how it is,when you morph pro logic into surround.
can you guys put your ears to a speaker and tell me if it's the same for you ,with ntl or sky, astra ,whatever.
if it's the norm i can live with it!
    thanks a million
    cf

I just had this problem on Saturday when I reqired the system and changed some cabling - I found that it was caused by a Scart that had not been pushed home fully but was causing all kinds of havoc throught the system with the sound.... Check all is pushed home firmly is all I can suggest
