Television stopped working. Stand by light works and turns blue when I try to turn the tv on. When it first happened I noticed a burning smell (more than usual) coming from the top of the television. I discovered the smell was coming from the power board and that there was a sporadic buzzing noise coming from somewhere on the board. I ordered a new power board and installed it. While it doesn't smell or buzz like the other one did the problem was not resolved. 
Any advice?
