    Hi,

I want to build a 12m or so scart but only need one-way RGB, L/R stereo and composite.

Now, using some Supra AV6 (for instance), is it okay to use the shielding for the RGB lines for their respective RGB ground connections? Or is that likely to give me signal degradation?

Same question for Audio ground and composite ground.

    Thanks,

    Gunrock

I can't imagine why it wouldn't be. It may well help preserve the signal over that distance as well.
