Scart to vga cable

    Is this possible. I would like to connect my sat reciever, scart out, to a 19" lcd with only hdmi and vga inputs. Vga is the option I need how do I do it please.

    well if the VGA accep[ts 15.5 Khz horizontal sync its easy just need a keene/JS box if not more tricky

    The monitor is a HP w19e I am a bit of a thicko on this stuff. I have been to the HP site but I do not really understand the info on vertical sync if it is there at all. Thanks for your reply.

    Looking at ZINWELL PROV PLUS will do it I think.:)
