DOes anyone know where I can get a cable/connector to output from Scart or Svideoto RF?

The tv I am trying to connect to is about 20 years old and the scart connection only seems to allow audio (the remote has a hifi button which turns on this connection).

No such thing unfortunately, You need an RF modulator to convert RF to Scart.

Modulators are available from places like Maplins and Keene electronics !!

Go to www.keene.co.uk and browse to the 'products' page and then search for product code KRFT

This goes inline with the aerial input on your TV and has phono sockets to connect an input from your scart connector

Thanks for that link, was really trying to do it on a budget so was hoping their would be a £1.99 adaptor or something.

at £30 for the Keene box, the in-laws could probably get a second hand tv with a scart (but they won't)

    cheers anyway.
