SCART (RGB) to HD15 pin (RGB)

    My DVD has a SCART RGB out put can I connect this to my LCD with an HD15 pin RGB input? if so where can I source a cable that will take me from SCART to HD15 pin

    You need to go into the setup menu of your LCD and see if the VGA input can be set to RGBcvS. If it can then you can get a scart to VGA cable from Keene.

    Thanks - would it be easier to go from SCART (RGB) to component video as my LCD has component inputs?

    Sorry I'm none technical!!!

    You'd need a rgb to component convertor to do that so it's likely to cost more. It may give you more scope for picture adjustment on your display though. The reason being that most RGB signal inputs on dsplays just give brightness and contrast controls whereas the component is likely to add colour, sharpness etc....
