Could someone PLEASE let me know if this setup will work, i want to connect my cable box via scart to my Relisys Lcd tv via conponent as the lcd does not have scart to connect to, so i was thinking of buying a scart to component lead. Thanks :lease:

RGB (over SCART) and component (over 3 phonos) are not the same type of signal so unless your LCD specifically states it will accept an RGB SCART input via component in then I doubt it will work.

You will either have to settle for composite using a SCART to 1 yellow video RCA connector and red/white RCA connectors for sound or use a convertor.
Check http://www.js-technology.com/ or www.keene.co.uk for examples.
These sometimes come up in the hardware classifieds here which will save you a few bob.
