I do find SCART cables built using better quality cable makes a difference - though its mostly when using SCART for RGB that we recommend spending a decent amount on a better cable.

You do have to watch out though for the cable manufacturers getting carried away with overly stiff cable (QED) and huge SCART hoods - which make it near impossible to have two decent cables on the back of most units.

We use and supply VanDamme, QED SQART and SUPRA AV6 Fully Wired and RGB cables.

    Best regards

    Joe

can cheap scart cables cause a slight delay in picture or sound transferal. i.e does the speech especially sound out of synch with the picture only ever so slightly
