I've been trying to play DVDs on my PC and output the video signal to my TV (Panasonic TX-32PM1) via the TV-Out on my graphics card (Radeon 9800Pro) In general it's not too bad but I seem to be suffering from jitter(?) on panning shots.

I've tried researching the forums for some help and believe this is something to do with the interlacing needed for the TV display. I have tried using Powerstrip to setup a custom resolution but I couldn't work out how to apply this to the secondary display (TV).

I suppose I have two questions:

    1. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of the jitter - perhaps with a dunces guide of how to setup the graphics card/Powerstrip.

    2. I've also been looking into scan converters as these seem to offer easy setup but will they actually get rid of the problem?

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
