    I'm I right in saying that the SB Duet is pretty good when compared to the SONOS system;

    only that that SB Duet needs a PC and cannot run off just a NAS, whereas the SONOS can do both?

    The SB Duet can run off a QNAP NAS, as the software (Slimserver??) has been adapted to run on it. I therefore guess it probably runs with other NAS boxes too.

    I run a Sonos from a network and have 7 zones. When linking zones in party mode I have never noticed any echo.
