Satnav with street level Europe maps

Hi All

I am after a GPS system that I can use in Europe, has a touch screen and postcode search. Any extras such as remote, MPS, wifi etc are bonuses that would be great but not essential.

I have around £300 to spend and have a shortlist of three:

Mitac Mio 269
Mio A201 with MioMap V2 (EU inc UK & Ireland)

Any views on these or any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have a look at the nuvi 350. Rather more expensive, but a very nice GPS with full post code search and all sorts of bells and whistles.

I did look at this model however it is slightly out of our price range.

The models I am now considering are:

Tomtom 700
Magellan Roadmate 700

Any thoughts regarding build quality, reliability, ease of use etc
