Satellite signal issues also no TCM

Has anyone been having trouble getting a picture on TCM channel 317? My picture is all pixelated and unwatchable.

Input 1 - Signal strength 100% - Signal Quality about 30%
Input 2 - Signal strength 100% - Signal Quality 0%

A house two doors down are building a massive extension. That I think may be affecting my dish.

I have changed input cables over and it's the same. TCM is the only channel that I'm noticing that has lost its picture. But the signal appears to be down on all channels.

Has anyone got any ideas? Is the extensions the likely culprit? Or maybe issues with rain getting into lnb etc?... As I type this no rain at all and TCM is still messed up.

My setup is SKY HD in living room and two Freesat boxes in the bedrooms using a quad lnb.

Nothing wrong with TCM at the moment. It's unlikely to be the extension if it's only one channel that is affected. Probably more likely to be water ingress, failing LNB or minor dish alignment issue. Phone Sky and get them to sort it.

£65 is the normal charge but if you moan nd threaten to cancel you'll normally get it free. I assumed your a subscriber as you posted in the Sky HD forum originally?

Yes I subscribe to sky but I only have the basic channels no movies or sports. I have threatened to leave them several times and had six months half price etc..

So not sure if they will do me any favours. £65 seems excessive to me especially if it's only the lnb.
