How can one distinguish between "average" and "good" quality satellite cable / TV cable - other than the obvious physical properties of shielding. I have also noticed some cable is quite inflexible and has a thicker centre core, while others have a much thinner core and much more flexible ... I assume the thicker less pliable cable is better quality and has less signal loss.

What is the best cable and where can one buy it ?
