Hi, Sapphire 106'' electric screen, with relay sensor, so screen comes down automatically when projector is switched on. This in great condition, comes with brackets and instructions. No box, so collection only from Bristol. These are £450 new in Richer Sounds - I'll take £150, but no offers at this price please, already an absolute bargain !!! Would swap for same screen in smaller size, just too big for my room. I also have a Unicol professional projector ceiling mount currently set up for a Sony HW40, but looks very adjustable, this is a very heavy duty unit and could take a very heavy projector.. This is not an eBay cheapie! Currently has my HW40 on the mounting plate as I've not removed it yet! Looking for £50.00, but will listen to sensible offers. Many thanks. Price and currency: £150.00 Delivery: Goods must be exchanged in person Payment method: Cash on collection or bank transfer Location: bristol Advertised elsewhere?: Advertised elsewhere Prefer goods collected?: I prefer the goods to be collected ______________________________________________________ This message is automatically inserted in all classifieds forum threads. Hi interested in the ceiling mount, I have a hw55. Can you give me some more details on the mount, the drop etc. Also have 2 pairs of 3D glasses that I may sell. Need to check with the Mrs....
Hi, the drop on the main ceiling bracket is about 37cm and the projector plate probably adds about another 5 to 6 Cm. I'm pretty sure it's adjustable though if you needed a bit more drop, I'll add another photo shortly. Think I may have found some glasses on ebay
It's basically heavy duty and adjustable in almost every direction. Fairly confident you could increase the drop by about another 10cm fairly safely
Hi I have 2 glasses of sony TDG-PJ1 for sale at £80 including delivery. In mint condition.Used it twice to watch. Here is the link https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-TDG-P...8&qid=1506479064&sr=8-1&keywords=sony+tdg-pj1 Thanks
Hi thanks, but I'm not looking at spending that much, there seems to be loads on eBay quite cheap. I'll continue my search there I think and just leave this as a for sale thread. Thanks anyway
Opening post amended. Only selling screen as it's too big for my room. Would happily swap for a smaller version of the same screen, or a smaller similar screen, or a smaller pull down screen plus cash. Might even swap it for something else as I know I'm not going to be able to use it. Price reduced to £150 firm.
I'm honestly not sure, I can't see a model number on it anywhere. I'll post some better photo's shortly
Photo 1 above shows the PJ plate, 3 very adjustable arms, which could be mounted anywhere as you can easily drill new location holes for them. Middle photo shows the ceiling mount without the plate bolted on, two bolts Bottom photo shows entire unit together. This is from a professionally installed cinema room, I'd hate to think how much this was new, it's massively engineered compared to some mounts I've seen, let me know if any measurements required !
Thanks for the extra pics, what is the shortest distance from the ceiling it will shrink to, i'm limited for space
Basically 37cm, but much less than that and you might struggle with vertical lens shift anyway, depending on your projector
I could bubble wrap for a courier, but don't have the original box. To be honest, it's more likely to damage the couriers van than be damaged by it !!
I'm pretty confident I could obtain a box and then bubble wrap the mount before packing it... Let me know your thoughts
Ok, let me source a box. As long as your happy with a low cost courier, I.e. Not 24hr etc, and the courier is around £10 ish I'm happy.
Hi, nothing received yet, just checked my internet banking... normally instant or within two hours. I've bubbled wrapped it to death and managed to get it boxed up, can send some pic's
On another note, I'm withdrawing screen for now. Thought it was going to be too big but kids nagged me to put it up... so I'll try it for a while ...
It's alright, don't worry for now, I'll check again in the morning. I've just double checked and I've definitely quoted my details correctly...maybe slow like you say
